Classic Sportswear & Promotions Announces New Management Team To Serve Growing Demand of Clientele

GREENWICH, CT May 6, 2003 - Classic Sportswear & Promotions, one of the most well respected corporate marketing and promotions outfits in the country, announced today that it has named its new management team.

"Recently, our distinctive work with corporate marketing professionals from a variety of industries has generated much attention," said Michael McGurk, President and Founder of Classic Sportswear & Promotions. "As a result, we're putting the industry's most creative management team in place to meet the challenges ahead."

Co-founder and Director of Marketing, Dan McGurk, oversees all marketing initiatives and is a 17-year veteran of the promotions and recognition industry. Promotions Director, Dominic Francia, is primarily responsible for new business development. Vice President and Director of Sports Marketing and Special Events, Greg Campbell, draws upon his experience as former head of corporate Olympic sponsorship programs for Campbell Associates. His father, Fred Campbell, who was the first president of the National Basketball Association, founded the marketing agency in 1973. The Classic management team are all natives of Greenwich, CT.

Founded in 1990, Classic has been servicing corporate marketing teams, professional sports franchises, special events coordinators, and general promotional directors for nearly 15 years. Notable clients have included Citigroup, GE, Sony, News Corp., BBDO, Heineken and PepsiCo, Inc. The company started in New York, with Viacom's MTV as their first client. From there, they worked with other entertainment entities as Late Night with David Letterman, the New York Mets, and NFL Properties.
